CSV File Format

Your CSV file should contain the following columns: 

name,phone,message
John Doe,254712345678,Hello John! Welcome to our service.
Jane Smith,254787654321,Hi Jane! Thanks for joining us.

How to Use

  1. Log in to your DarajaPay account
  2. Navigate to the WhatsApp messaging portal
  3. Choose between direct input or CSV upload
  4. For CSV upload:
    • Prepare your CSV file according to the format above
    • Upload the file using the provided form
    • Review the recipients and messages
    • Click "Send Messages" to start the bulk sending process
